The Artists' Village celebrates Northumberland's visual arts community at the Festival, combining the inspiration of a gallery visit with the accessibility and function of an artist's workshop.

A dynamic range of painters, potters, weavers, stained-glass artists, photographers, jewellers and woodworkers are invited to showcase at the Festival based on the uniqueness and quality of their work and their willingness to display, demonstrate and discuss it in the open-air setting. The interactive element to the village and art was the source of much positive feedback last year.
