Lunch and Dish Crew

The lunch crew is the 'swing shift' helping clean up from breakfast, and getting lunch on the table and cleaned up to make room for the supper crew coming in behind you. Lunch is when you see lots of musicians coming to the hospitality kitchen for breakfast! You spend from 9am - 3pm  in the kitchen - it's the most "civilized" of the shifts! Food Handling course and cooking experience are assets.
