Tickets purchased after August 20th will NOT be mailed.
Pre-paid tickets will be held for pick up at the Festival ticket booth on the festival site.
Please present photo id when picking up your tickets.
Shelter Valley is a Rain or Shine event. No refunds. Presenter retains the right to cancel, reschedule, or relocate any and/or all Festival activity due to unforeseen circumstances or unsafe weather conditions.
